At 1443 hrs on Thursday, November 23rd, Station 10 was dispatched to a report of overturned vehicle, unknown injuries. Status was updated by deputy on scene advising trap. S-10 & R-10 arrived to find a single vehicle that had overturned (on wheels) in a ditch with heavy damage. Confirmed one ALS trauma trapped. Stabilized the vehicle, extricated the PT, fully immobilized and packaged for ALS transport to RRMC. E-10 provided manpower and traffic block. Hazards controlled, scene turned over to VSP. |
