Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department will host it's monthly "Firehouse Bluegrass" music benefit concert Friday, February 17 7:30 p.m. 2012 at Fire Station-10, 15020 Carrollton Blvd., Carrollton, Virginia 23314. $5 admission for the featured entertainment: The band for this month is the Lost and Found Bluegrass Band. Lost and Found was formed in 1973 and consists of band members Alan Mills, Scottie Sparks, Ronald Smith, and Scott Napier. As usual, hot dogs and cold drinks as well as other goodies will be served at the concert. Come on out to enjoy a good evening of bluegrass and support the Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department! Bring the kids, grandkids, neighbors, and friends! There is a $5 admission for each person (free for children). Proceeds will support the Fire Dept. Please bring your own chairs. Bluegrass Band. Proceeds benefit the all-volunteer fire/rescue service of Carrollton and nearby mutual aid districts in Smithfield and northern Suffolk. Your contribution to this non-profit all-volunteer department serve the community by enabling the purchase of needed medical, rescue and fire fighting supplies and equipment. Fire Station-10 is located on Route 17 between the Crittenden and James River Bridges. Hot dogs and soft drinks are available during the concert. Please bring your own chair.
