EMS Revenue Recovery Program |
The Revenue Recovery Program, which allows billing for ambulance transport, is used as a supplement to the present funding of agencies provided by the County, Towns, and donations. Most patients premiums paid to health and auto insurance polices, workers' compensation, Medicare, and Medicaid can be used to pay for ambulance transport. The EMS Revenue Recovery Program will bill all insurances for transport when information is provided at the time of treatment/transport. Not billing in previous years has allowed these funds to largely remain unused. The Revenue Recovery Program relieves the taxpayers of the burden of funding the increasing costs of providing emergency medical services in the County. Copies of Fire Reports |
Requests for Fire Reports should be emailed or mailed to: Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department |
There is a $200 fee for copies of reports, fee is waived if report is for citizen who lives in Isle of Wight County |
