Station 10 was dispatched to Carrollton Blvd at Race Way for a report of a motor vehicle accident that had struck a pole.  Rescue 10A and Squad 10 responded and arrived on scene with Lt C Chapin in command.  Rescue 10 found two separate incidents at the same location.  The first incident was a vehicle that had been submerged in the water and Chief J Acree was already on scene and was able to quickly get the occupants out of the submerged vehicle.  Patients were treated and both refused treatment.  The second incident involved another vehicle that was partially submerged in the water and had stalled out.  No patient contact was made and made sure that all occupants of both vehicles were accounted for.  Scene turned over to State Police and Rescue 10 cleared to respond to another call for smell of smoke inside a structure.
