| At 2304 hours on September 13th, while R-10 was standing by for the vehicle removal from the last 10-50 and Squad 10 was returning from Riverside Regional Medical Center, Station 10 was dispatched to a 10-50 unknown PI on Smith’s Neck Rd in the area of Little Rock Rd. Rescue10 cleared from Route 17, responded and arrived to find a single vehicle that over turned several times. The lone occupant had self extricated herself and was ambulatory. R-10's crew began a pt assessment and controlled hazards. S-10 arrived and continued the assessment/treatment and transported the stable patient to RRMC. |
