Applicant Information & Application

Thank you for considering joining Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department.

All applications will be considered at our regular scheduled business meetings, which fall on the last Thursday of each month, unless otherwise rescheduled. Applications must be submitted at least 1 week prior to the business meeting to be considered. All applications submitted within the 1 week period will be held to the next business meeting.

Applicants must be present at the business meeting for their application to be considered. 


The process:

1. Complete the below electronic application.

2. If not currently certified in the state of Virginia, create an OEMS account.

3. Complete an OEMS Background Check

4. Submit a copy of your DMV Record.

5. Attend the next monthly business meeting.
