Around 3 this afternoon Squad 10, Medic 10 and Medic 11 responded to a two-vehicle accident at Smiths Neck and 17. Squad 10 removed the door of one vehicle to gain access to the occupant. All vehicle occupants were evaluated on-scene and refused transport to the hospital. Units remained on-scene to assist with traffic control until the scene was cleared.
