Carrollton Volunteer Fire Department’s Auxiliary is a key component to supporting the operations of the Fire Department. The primary function of the Auxiliary is to assist and support the volunteers through on-scene support functions, fundraising, and administrative support functions. Roles and responsibilities for auxiliary members vary significantly from providing necessary refreshments when they respond to a fire or any other serious emergency, backing cookies for a department fundraiser, stuffing envelopes to support fundraising efforts, or staffing tables for the semi-annual BBQs.
Recent Auxiliary initiatives were able to provide the Department with several quality of life improvements.
The Auxiliary is a great outlet for anyone (women or men) who would like to be a part of the organization and support one of the community’s most vital organizations!
