At 5:18 PM The Carrollton Volunteers responded for a vehicle fire in the 23000 Block of Brookwood Circle. A Sheriffs Deputy patrolling the area was first on scene and  advised that a vehicle was on fire close to the residence. This information prompted a full structural fire response.

Squad 10 and 101 arrived on scene to find a the fire in the engine compartment and there was no threat to nearby homes. The structural fire response was downgraded as the crew from Squad 10 made quick work of the fire. All units in service by 5:47 PM. There were no injuries reported.
